BioTransform
BioTransform for individuals with autism
The body's biochemistry shapes mood, energy, sleep, focus, gut function and behaviour. For individuals with autistic traits, addressing underlying biochemical imbalances can sometimes ease the pressures that make day-to-day life harder.
BioTransform is a six-month, individualised program drawing on Functional Medicine, clinical Nutrition and Walsh Nutrient Therapy. The work is led by The Key Clinic team and based on detailed lab testing. Programs are built around the specific imbalances we find, and adjusted as you or your child responds. The program involves targeted supplements, dietary changes and lifestyle adjustments. It is drug-free. We know that food and sensory differences can make this kind of work feel daunting; our practitioners have decades of experience supporting families through it sensitively, including with selective eating and sensory considerations.
If you or your child are on prescribed medication, do not stop or change it without speaking to the prescribing doctor. BioTransform works alongside medical care.

BrightBeatz
BrightBeatz for individuals with autism
Some people find listening genuinely harder than others, and it has little to do with effort. Two patterns are common. In one, background noise feels overwhelming and constant, making it easy to be distracted. In the other, certain frequencies are heard unevenly, scrambling the signal before the brain can fully make sense of it. Either can make a classroom or a busy room exhausting, not because the person isn’t trying, but because their brain is doing extra work just to hear.
BrightBeatz is BeBright’s at-home listening programme, developed to address exactly this. Over 10 days, you listen to customised, gently modulated music through headphones in two short sessions a day, training the ear to process sound in a more balanced way. Developed with Audiology Professor Joshua Reiss of Queen Mary University of London, it brings this work out of the clinic and into the home.
Clients report a range of changes during or after the programme:
Calmer responses to noisy environments
Less startle to sudden sounds
Clearer speech and easier conversation
Better focus during reading and homework
Every person responds differently and individual results vary.
“Sofia has come on leaps and bounds. Her conversation skills and speech have hugely improved, it’s amazing!”

Auditory Integration Training

NeuroMature
Some people with autism have retained primitive reflexes, automatic movement patterns from infancy that never fully integrated as the nervous system matured. Not everyone does, but where these reflexes stay active, decades of neurodevelopmental research link them to challenges with anxiety, sensory sensitivity, attention and coordination. NeuroMature works on those specific reflexes, and only those, through short daily movement exercises built on a decade of clinical work.
Follow it yourself at home through the BeBright app, with clear, structured video guidance every step of the way, and the option to add one-off coached sessions if you'd like extra support.
Parents and adults report improvements in confidence, coordination, focus and anxiety. Everyone responds differently.
"Ollie was oversensitive to sound, and now he's calmer, more confident, like a different child. Really pleased."

See the good news
BioTransform + BrightBeatz + NeuroMature
In just a matter of weeks, we saw a huge change in our son following the removal of certain food groups and environmental elements. This has had a positive knock-on effect across multiple areas of his life.
BioTransform + BrightBeatz
The Key Clinic has really helped my son to thrive in daily life. His sleeping and eating habits improved significantly, having a knock-on effect on his ability to focus and manage his emotions. He thrives now at school and in his free time.
BioTransform
We have just finished a 6-month nutritional regime with amazing results. The biomedical report made us understand what our daughter's body needs. The supplements have made a massive difference to her sensory responses and emotional regulation.
All pathways
After following the BrightBeatz and neurodevelopmental programme I am so pleased we also did the biomedical. Our son had mild autism and through the Key Clinic was diagnosed with Pyrrole disorder. After following the programme the change in him has been remarkable.
BioTransform
After nine months, he was completely transformed into a happier and more settled child. His social skills improved, making him more comfortable interacting with other children. He is trying a variety of foods he would never have touched before.
BrightBeatz
We were at a loss as to how we could help our daughter. When I first heard about the Key Clinic on the Chris Evans show, I immediately identified with what he was talking about. At each stage I have felt fully supported.
