Creating the perfect conditions for neurodivergent brains to thrive.

Why I do this
More people than ever are receiving a diagnosis, whether of neurodiversity or a frequently related mental health condition and are then left with no clear plan or information about what to do next. Most are simply offered medication or coping strategies.
I believed these answers were incomplete, which is why, over a decade ago, I founded The Key Clinic to tackle the underlying biological drivers of symptoms. We have helped transform the lives of thousands of families, but not everyone can afford to come to a private clinic to see a specialist. That is why I built BeBright: I want to democratise this important work: the same approach, self-led and affordable, so anyone can start.
BeBright sheds light on every helpful therapy option, not just ours, each with an evidence badge, so people can make informed decisions and find what works for them.”

Our approach
Drug-Free Therapies
Our work is grounded in drug-free, biology-led therapy. Rather than managing symptoms with medication, our programs address the underlying factors that shape how a person learns, focuses and feels. The aim is lasting change: stronger emotional wellbeing, cognitive development, and greater day-to-day independence.
We look before we act
Nothing begins until we understand what is actually going on. On BeBright, a free discovery questionnaire points you towards the program most likely to help. Through The Key Clinic, it goes much further: a specialist assessment, using standardised tools alongside clinical observation, so the team understands the whole picture before anything is designed.
Personalised Programs
No two people are the same, so no two journeys look the same. We match each individual to the right program and shape it around their goals, circumstances and pace. As progress is made, the plan adapts with them.
Family-Centered Support
Families are central to lasting progress. Alongside every program we provide guidance, education and practical strategies you can use at home, so the support continues day to day and not only during sessions.
