Our Biology-led Therapy Options
Our Biology-led Therapy Options
•
BioNutrient Therapy
•
BioTransform
Imbalances in key nutrients directly affect brain chemistry, focus and behaviour. Some individuals retain too much of certain nutrients; others struggle to absorb them. These patterns often run in families, and they show up clearly on the right lab tests. BioTransform identifies your specific imbalances and corrects them with targeted, individualised nutrients. The approach draws on Functional Medicine, clinical Nutrition and the Walsh Nutrient Therapy framework — the same methodology we’ve used at The Key Clinic for over a decade, supervised by a GMC licences medical doctor.
How it works
• Assessment. Detailed questionnaire, practitioner consultation and targeted lab tests to identify your specific biochemical picture.
• Personalised program. A drug-free program built around the lab results: dietary changes, targeted supplements, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Ongoing support. Monthly practitioner reviews track progress and adjust the program as your child responds.
• Lab-led prescribing. Any supplement dose above the standard RDA is prescribed only after lab testing confirms it’s needed to address a specific deficiency.
If you are on prescribed ADHD medication, do not stop or change it without speaking to the prescribing doctor first. BioTransform works alongside medical care, not as a replacement for it.

NeuroMature

Neurodevelopmental training for ADHD
Another reason focus can be hard is retained primitive reflexes, the automatic movement patterns we're born with that should switch off in the first year of life. If something interrupts that, a difficult birth, illness, or a skipped milestone like crawling, some can stay active, leaving the body still responding as an infant's would. Decades of neurodevelopmental research link them to challenges with attention, coordination and learning.
NeuroMature integrates these reflexes through short daily movement exercises, built on a decade of clinical work. Not everyone with ADHD has retained reflexes, but where they're active, these most affect focus:
Moro — keeps the body ready to startle: restlessness, noise sensitivity, difficulty settling.
ATNR — triggers arm and leg movement when the head turns, making reading across a page and crossing the midline far harder.
STNR — links head position to limb movement, so sitting still becomes uncomfortable, often read as fidgeting.
TLR — affects balance and posture, and that effort comes straight out of the budget available for focus.
Parents report improvements in confidence, reading, writing, coordination and anxiety. Everyone responds differently.

BrightBeatz for ADHD
Focus problems aren't always about attention. For some people the difficulty is listening: background noise feels constant and overwhelming, or certain frequencies come through unevenly, so the brain does extra work just to make sense of sound. In a classroom or a busy office, that's exhausting, and it looks a lot like distraction.
BrightBeatz is BeBright's at-home listening program, built to address exactly this. Over 10 days, in two short daily sessions, you listen to gently modulated music through headphones, training the ear to process sound in a more balanced way. It was developed with Audiology Professor Joshua Reiss of Queen Mary University of London, bringing clinic-grade work into the home.
Clients report calmer responses to noise, less startle at sudden sounds, clearer conversation, and better focus for reading and homework. Everyone responds differently.
"I don't get as many headaches now, and in noisy places like school I don't feel as stressed or need to cover my ears." - age 13
"The difference has been incredible. Soon after the 10-day course she sat her Common Entrance exams and got an A, when she'd been predicted to fail. She could focus without being distracted, and she's happier." - her mother

BioTransform + BrightBeatz + NeuroMature
In just a matter of weeks, we saw a huge change in our son following the removal of certain food groups and environmental elements. This has had a positive knock-on effect across multiple areas of his life.
All pathways
After years of challenges and trying lots of different things, we feel like we have finally given our daughter a chance to reset herself. The neurodevelopment therapy has given her the best chance to reach her potential and be happy.
NeuroMature
My child said to us the other day, 'remember when I used to hate myself?' Now he doesn't. He is proud of himself and his achievements. He is also able to do things he could never do before such as catch a ball, revise for exams, be organised for school.
All pathways
Prior to working with the Key Clinic we were desperate. Our child was extremely challenging in every way and school was a struggle with regular emotional outbursts and panic attacks resulting in school exclusions. He is a completely different young person.
All pathways
Livi is now generally happier, calmer, more settled and more mature with her reactions. She is now able to tolerate some loud sudden sounds and other sensory stimuli much better than before.
BrightBeatz
We were at a loss as to how we could help our daughter. When I first heard about the Key Clinic on the Chris Evans show, I immediately identified with what he was talking about. At each stage I have felt fully supported.
